Services We Offer
Lasting change occurs when we're living authentically; connected with others, ourselves, and living out of our values.
Therapists at Red Door use effective therapy models including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in order to achieve your personal counseling goals. The Gottman Method is used for those seeking relationship/couples counseling. This approach teaches ways to attune towards your partner(s), increase emotional and physical intimacy, and receive a greater sense of enjoyment out of your relationship.
These therapies focus on creating an egalitarian relationship with clients, where you are the expert on your own life and aim to empower you to live a more full life. Therapy is not just about showing up and examining our thoughts, we focus on the whole person; body, mind, and spirit and give holistic care.

Individual Therapy
Counseling is a process in which you are the expert on your own life. Whether you’re struggling dealing with traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or just feel like you could use someone to talk to, Red Door can help.
We specialize in providing counseling to high achieving perfectionists and those who want to break free of societal roles placed upon them. You are absolutely more than you produce, and we can work together to find what values and goals drive your life in order to experience more fulfillment.

Child/Adolescent Therapy
Children and adolescents face unique challenges in our world today. Whether they are struggling with issues relating to peers, sadness, isolation, anxiety, or harmful behaviors, counseling can help. Child/adolescent counseling teaches various coping skills, how to name and process feelings, and offers interventions to be learned and used throughout childhood and adulthood.
Having an adult in their lives who they can speak openly with outside of their family structure allows many tweens and teens to process more of what is going on throughout their formative years. At Red Door, we specialize in providing counseling to kids on the Autism spectrum, as well as kids in the LGBTQ+ population.

Couples Therapy
Our relationships with others, and how well connected we are to our community, is one of the largest predictors for overall health and wellbeing. This is especially true for our romantic relationships. Whether it’s a lack of intimacy, issues with communication, an affair, or you and your partner(s) just need a space to talk and process, therapy can provide tools to help.
Couples therapy focuses on attuning towards your partner, learning conflict resolution skills, and learning to engage in disagreements well. We go beyond learning love languages, although that is helpful, and focus on the unique individuals who make up a relationship, learning how to work best to support one another.
